Visas

Schengen Visa – short stays up to 90 days

All our Schengen visa applications are handled by VFS. Please go to their website and book an appointment there.

National visa – stays 90 days or longer

Family reunion visa: Please inscribe in the waiting list here.

Student visa: Please inscribe in the waiting list here.

PhD: Please inscribe in the waiting list here.

Research: Please book an appointment here.

Opportunity card and employment: Please apply via our online system – here.

Vocational training: Please apply via our online system here.

Voluntary services, Au Pair, Internship, language course (independent from studies at a university): Please inscribe in the waiting list here

Please keep in mind that special appointments cannot be granted. Those requests will not be answered.

Please bring the appointment notification with you on the day of your appointment, either printed out or on your cell phone. Please also bring a valid passport.
