Step 2 Master Students
You will get an e-mail from the embassy with a link provided by VFS. Via this link you can book an appointment. You have to submit your name, passport number and reference number from the waiting list.

It will not be possible to book an appointment without the e-mail form the embassy. Only people who are next in line will be able to book through the link.

Step 2 Bachelor Students
You will get an e-mail by the embassy whether you still want to apply for the visa. You have to send a short confirmation mail. The embassy will then allocate an appointment.

Step 3 Bachelor Students
You will go to the appointment with the Embassy and submit your documents and biometrics.

Step 4

The embassy will process your application. You may be contacted for further information or documents. Please make sure to check you phone and e-mail regularly.

Processing takes around 4 weeks.

Step 5 Master Students

VFS will get in contact with you when a decision was taken to hand back your passport.

Step 5 Bachelor Students

The embassy will contact you when a decision was taken.
