Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass mir die Deutsche Botschaft Dhaka für die Dauer der Bearbeitung meines Visumantrags alle relevanten Informationen sowie Dokumente per email übermittelt oder diese bei mir anfordert mich bezüglich Rückfragen per E-Mail kontaktiert.
Für den Fall, dass mein Antrag auf ein Schengenvisum/nationales Visum abgelehnt werden sollte, bin ich mit einer Übersendung des Ablehnungsbescheids per E-Mail an die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse einverstanden.
Um eine verfahrensgemäße elektronische Zustellung sicherzustellen, werde ich den elektronischen Posteingang meiner angegebenen Email täglich überprüfen. Dies beinhaltet auch den Spam-Ordner.
I agree that the German Embassy in Dhaka shall send any information in connection with the process of my visa application as well as decisions and might request or send relevant information to me through my email.
In the event that my application for a Schengen visa / national visa should be rejected, I agree to receive the rejection notice through my email address.
In order to ensure that I receive all the electronic communication in compliance with the visa procedures, I will check my incoming emails on a daily basis, inclusive of the spam folder of the given email address.
