Donors in Bangladesh have agreed to Harmonized Payments of Honoraria, Allowances and other Expenses for Events [Conference / Meeting / Seminar / Symposium / Training / Workshop]. Germany aligns itself with this harmonisation both for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance. All institutions implementing projects in Bangladesh funded by the German Federal Government are requested to implement these regulations and take them into account already when drafting and submitting project proposals.
